When most people think about Agile, they equate it with Software Development and Manufacturing.  But what is a newly minted Certified Scrum Master to do when he doesn’t have a software project on the horizon?  Can he take this new Agile framework to something less traditional?   Come on the journey to see if Agile can flip a house.

Tom Auld is an Agile Coach, Trainer and Product Owner with the Collaborative Leadership Team.  His Agile journey started in 2006.  Tom has been fortunate enough to work on Agile initiatives with world-class organizations such as Boston Scientific, Best Buy, Medtronic, Target, General Mills and TCF Bank.  Previously, Tom was a Principal and Engagement Manager for a National Consulting firm.  Most recently Tom was the Associate Chief Information Officer for the University of Minnesota.
