How can we as Project Managers make a difference for our customers when it comes to managing Risks within their projects? Risk Management is not a topic that generally brings excitement, joy, or delight when discussed with project teams and/or customers. Many believe that by ignoring the topic it will not become an issue within their projects. As Project Managers we must come to realize the benefits of Risk Management and find a way to educate our Project Teams and customers on the benefits not only for their projects, but for their organization as a whole.

We will discuss Risk Management approaches and high level methods as well as some practical ways to present it in a meaningful and more understandable way to your project teams and customers. Please bring your own Risk Management questions/concerns and we will work as a team to assist with answering how we have approached and resolved in our projects.
