How do get along with a person who drives us crazy or gets on our last nerve? It can be so hard to do. This month, learn to maintain your power when in conflict and get to a solution that works for everyone.

Learning Objectives:

1. To understand what drives difficult behavior.
2. To define the four intents (or desires) of people.
3. To define the type of difficult person we are.
4. To manage conflict more easily.

About the Speaker:

Jeannette Grace, owner of Expressive!
