Session Description:

As children, we learn via “play”, whether pushing trucks along the pavement or dressing up stuffed animals as imaginary dinner guests, each of these experiences allows us to develop and grow.   However, as we mature, we migrate away from these informal learning experiences in favor of the formal arenas of the classroom and books.   During this interactive session, attendees will have an opportunity to return to the informal learning methods of youth by exploring a number of Agile principles and concepts through a variety of games.  Through “play”, attendees will leave with a greater understanding of how the concepts that underlie Agile method can help them improve their performance and help their organizations not just survive, but thrive.
